General Overview

As Blogzilla is primarily a content-driven platform, most of our services are free. However, if you have purchased a premium subscription, digital product, or service from us, this policy applies.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, once a digital product (e.g., eBook, guide, or premium article) is accessed or downloaded, it is generally non-refundable. We encourage you to review all available information before making a purchase.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that mistakes happen. Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
  • Technical failures on our end that prevented you from accessing the service.
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours.

To request a refund, please contact us at billing@blogzilla.in with your order ID and the reason for your request. We will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days.
